Schematic design through to DA documentation, Tender and Construction documentation for the development of new health facility incorporating general hospital buildings, children’s hospital facilities, a Sparkle Garden, acute mental health, secure mental health and the refurbishment of the existing Bloomfield Hospital site. Heritage issues such as avenue tree planting and the retention of significant trees have guided the overall design and influenced the planting palette for the new facilities. |
