Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects International working in close collaboration with Nakheel Properties produced the landscape masterplan and detailed documentation for the First Complex component of Palm Deira. The Palm Deira will consist of residential property, marinas, shopping malls, sports facilities, and clubs. Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects International developed the design for the main waterfront promenade and roof top terrace, including pedestrian access, water features, avenue planting, rest areas and viewing spots.
